Home décor is a subject that is discussed by almost everyone today. The world has rapidly shifted from the age of simple, plain and mundane home decorating and is taking up a more sophisticated approach. As a child, I would rearrange the furniture we had in our simple home so many times that my parents would get mad at me. The home was modest, but I always tried to make it pop on a nearly non-existent budget. Every once in a while, mostly during spring cleaning, my mom would get caught up in the frenzy and assist me in giving the house a fresh new look.

The changes, however subtle, always ended up having a great impact. I was always most comfortable at home, and with this came the desire to make things better. Helping to make people happier and more comfortable in their homes is the reason that I love to share ideas, thoughts, and alternatives in the field of home design.

I took a simple pastime that I did for fun with my mom and turned it into a career. While pursuing my dream in college, I stumbled upon a second passion, blogging. The combination of these two is what made me what I am today, a passionate interior design blogger. Why I did this People have found different ways to peruse their passions and share them with the world. I chose to go the blogging way. The internet is a powerful tool and gets information to a lot of people at the same time.

I wanted to ensure that my knowledge and experience on interior design got shared with as many people as possible. There is nothing more fulfilling than getting feedback from some of my readers on how the designs I feature have helped make their homes livelier or how they put a certain twist on my ideas and ended up with something even more phenomenal. What most people fail to understand is that there are a variety of options when it comes to interior design. There is something for everyone, you just need to know where to look and what options to peruse. My blogs offer people both.

I have a lot of fun when I write about designs and styles that can be achieved on the smallest of budgets. It makes me happy to give people options and lead them into uncharted territory. My blog serves one purpose, to take people on an adventure through the unexplored areas of interior design and leave them awestruck and satisfied. I strive to make this more than just a blog.

What I am looking to create is a visual experience. Something of a sanctuary for like-minded people that are curious about interior home design.
